Sustainability l Stakeholder Engagement l Co-Creation

Challenge: Building stakeholder buy-in to foster climate change adaptation measures on a regional level in the town of Bernau through an integrative multi-stakeholder process.

Outcome: Together with the project team, we facilitated bi-weekly stakeholder workshops to gather diverse input on the subject matter, make room for discussions among stakeholders, and co-create solutions on how to adapt to a changing climate. Through interactive dialogues, we supported participants in better understanding the system dynamics and worked on a common vision to path the way for the implementation of local key projects.
