Challenge:
Shifting employees' mindsets to embrace and adapt agile approaches in their everyday work in the banking sector. Through regular agile trainings and coachings, the DSGV wants to facilitate the organizational change process in order to be prepared for the future.
Outcome:
With my colleague Esther, we facilitate agile trainings, that support participants in reflecting and challenging the status quo. Participants explore in a hands-on setting how Design Thinking and Scrum can provide them with the right approaches to deal with uncertainty and lead more efficient meetings to achieve robust results more effectively.
